Our Mission
People with diverse ideas, different experiences, and fresh perspectives make a business stronger and more innovative.
belongIN supports organizations – from startups and non-profits to Fortune 100 companies – to develop tailored diversity, equity, inclusion (DEI) and accessibility strategies, events, and programs. Our team works closely with you to design and implement initiatives that meet the specific inclusivity goals of your organization, while ensuring engaging and impactful results. We also count on a top-notch network of experts who often serve as Keynote Speakers throughout the US, Puerto Rico, and Mexico.
We’d love to partner with you on your next DEI initiative.
Speaking Engagements
Do you want to spark meaningful discussions and inspire actionable change at your next event?
An experienced DEI speaker will combine their expertise and real-world insights to do just that.
From International Women’s Day (IWD) and Global Diversity Awareness Month to National Hispanic Heritage Month - we work with a wide range of organizations, companies, and Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) looking to promote DEI in the workplace to deliver messages that empower people to navigate the complexities of inclusivity and drive positive change.
DEI Trainings and Programs
If your company is committed to promoting diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility in the workplace, you’re likely thinking about organizing training sessions designed to educate employees on topics such as unconscious bias, cultural competence, and inclusive leadership, among many others.
We have the expertise to design and lead programs that align with your organization's goals - and that inspire your employees to cultivate an environment where every voice is valued.
